From the Japanese kitchen, our contemporary menu features Sumosan classics such as salmon rice pizza, truffle hamachi tiradito, a classic ‘Black Miso Cod’, signature lobster salad as well as a wide selection of sushi, sashimi and maki featuring our signature Isobe maki king crab.
